Baast Discord Bot (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides services on the Discord platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Service.

  • Discord Information: Discord username, user ID, server and channel identifiers, and roles necessary to operate features.
  • Event Information: Event details you create, manage, or sign up for via the Service.
  • Signup Information: Information you voluntarily provide when registering for events (e.g., team, squad, notes).
  • Usage Data (limited): Bot command usage and operational logs necessary to ensure reliability and prevent abuse.

We do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) personal data.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features.
  • Manage events, signups, reminders, and server configurations.
  • Improve and personalise the Service based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • Communicate important updates about the Service (service emails/messages only).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

  • Removing Baast from your Discord server triggers deletion of associated server data.
  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting andy@baast.app.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided data, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, via Discord or email).
